Hi! I’m Linda. 👋

I’m a Yoga Alliance 200 RYT certified yoga instructor and have practiced yoga for more than 20 years. I’m also a marathon swimmer and former triathlete (Olympic and Half-Ironman distances). Fifteen years ago, I discovered I had hip dysplasia (my left hip joint isn't fully developed) and bone-on-bone arthritis, which explained why my swim kick was such a struggle. It sent me down a rabbit hole of learning human anatomy.

At first I became more aware and intentional with my physical body. But soon I grew more aware and intentional about my life as a whole. I found more ease and peace inside of myself.

I design my yoga classes to help you build greater awareness of your body and yourself. You don’t need to be flexible, or strong, or anything else to experience yoga. You just need to show up open to the possibility that yoga might bring you greater strength, ease, peace, and joy. My classes can be vigorous or gentle, but they are always exploratory.

I invite you to join one of my classes in Greater Boston, or to schedule a private session, and I will help you be with yoga in a way that’s right for you.
