Being with Yoga

Yoga isn’t about bending into pretzel poses while standing on your head. It’s about building awareness of your body and yourself. It’s about finding strength, ease, balance, and breath in YOUR body, mind, and life – wherever and whoever you are. You don’t need a yoga studio. And you definitely don’t need a “yoga body” (there’s no such thing). You just need a yoga practice that works with your body to help you feel better, move better, and breathe better as you journey through life’s adventures.

Yoga for Swim

Strengthen and lengthen key muscle groups to improve your stroke. Note: classes are on the mat, not in the water!

Yoga for Older Adults

Build strength and balance through mat yoga or chair yoga to improve your everyday movement.
